The Ministry of Tourism has launched the second phase of the “Nartaqi from the Ground Up” program to develop and improve hotel performance across Syria. The program is based on partnership between the Ministry and tourism-establishment owners, providing practical tools, support and training to improve visitor services and raise hospitality quality in a gradual and sustainable way. The Damascus Chamber of Tourism values this national initiative and its contribution to tourism and economic development.
